Att. Exp.Mdt. Betül BOZKURT is the partner of Bozkurt & Partners Law Firm. She has graduated from Niğde Anatolian Teacher High School and the Faculty of Law of Ankara University.

 

After terminating her education, she worked as a judge for almost 40 years. She was appointed in a diverse range of civil courts, such as civil court of peace, execution court, family court, consumer court, civil court of first instance et seq. Besides, she worked as the president judge of commercial court in Istanbul.

 

During her legal career as a judge, she rendered thousands of judgments with regard to almost every kind of legal disputes. Subsequent to his retirement, she obtained the certificate of advocacy. She is now reflecting her experience to the legal consultancy services of Bozkurt & Partners Law Firm.

She is also an expert mediator registered in the Registry of Mediators.

She can speak Turkish as the native language and English as a foreign language.
