Bozkurt & Partners Law Firm, founded by Att. Exp. Mdt. Emre Senar BOZKURT, LL.M., is comprised of experienced and well-educated legal professionals each of them having expertise in diverse and complex legal fields.
Bozkurt & Partners Law Firm handles a substantial number of international and domestic disputes with a client centred perspective, aims at resolving the problems in the cheapest, fastest and most efficient way.
In the Turkish legal market, Bozkurt & Partners Law Firm differs from its counterparts through its expertise, experience, professionalism and client-based approach. Even though it is a boutique law firm, it can handle, and it is actually handling the most complex issues that any kind of “big” law firms do. Another advantage that a client has while working with us instead of a “big” law firms is the fact that we do our work by ourselves instead of delegating our work to the unexperienced associates and interns. Our experience depends upon the incomparably diverse professional career of our legal staff before founding Bozkurt & Partners Law Firm. Att. Exp.Mdt. Emre Senar BOZKURT, LL.M. has worked in the most important and reputable law firms of Turkey before founding his own law firm. He obtained experience in almost every legal field and became poised to benefit from this experience while providing legal services to his clientele. During the first years of his professional career, he has worked in İmren Law Firm, Goluoğlu Law Firm, Erdem & Erdem Law Firm, Gün + Partners Law Firm, Albayrak & Arslan Law Firm, Galatasaray Sports Club, GSI Law Firm, Ergüder Law Firm and Saran Holding. He has also made internship in boutique law firms Paris in course of his post-graduate education in Paris. This wide range of legal experience made him ready to reflect his knowledge to his own clientele. He worked in every legal fields. Not only has he learned how to react for the expectance of a real person client, but also, he knows how to solve the legal problems of a corporate client in domestic or international legal matters.
Att. Funda BUZDAĞLI BOZKURT has also worked in diverse law firms and attended hearings in more than half of the provinces of Turkey. She specialises in the execution law, commercial law, family law and penal law.
One of the other pillars of our experience is based on the other part of the legal tripod. Att. Recep BOZKURT worked as a judge within the penal court, commercial court and execution court, in the diverse regions of Turkey and retired after having worked in Istanbul for a long time. As a retired judge, he has acquired an immense experience, and this helps us to evaluate litigation matters from the other perspective. Att. Exp.Mdt. Betül BOZKURT worked as a president judge of commercial court of Istanbul, as well as family court, execution court, consumer court and civil court of peace. Her working experience granted her an extensive specialisation in commercial law, business law, execution law and family law.
